About Me

It’s a privilege to be a part of one's therapeutic process and to bear witness to your successful and positive change. As a therapist, I provide a non-judgmental and safe place that allows you to process your feelings, identify healthy coping skills, and maintain an environment that allows us to work together to find your way through difficult times.

My scope of work includes, but is not limited to, working with individuals suffering from depression; addressing emotional growth and development, conflict resolution, anxiety, blended family conflict, and sexual trauma; and establishing effective communication.

Finding inner healing is a journey, and I hope that you will take me along with you.

On a personal note, I'm a proud Veteran of Operation Enduring Freedom-Afghanistan. I enjoy spending time with my family and friends, giving back to the community, and enhancing my gardening skills.
