About Me
Using a cognitive behavioral and relational approach to counseling, I view each client as a uniquely made individual. I believe that counseling often requires a holistic approach that pays attention to the psychological, emotional, physical, spiritual, and relational well-being of the person. My heart's desire is to allow Christ to offer complete wholeness and healing to hurting people.
In addition to counseling, I am an Assistant Professor in the undergraduate psychology department at Columbia International University. My husband and I also facilitate a young adults group committed to seeking God. I enjoy spending time with our new baby, hiking, gardening, and especially boating on the ocean or lake.
