I seek to bring understanding and wholeness to the issues and concerns you are facing. I believe that through a holistic approach that considers the biological, psychological, emotional/social, and spiritual aspects of our lives we are given insight into needs that are not being met and areas where intervention may be needed. My desire is to bring healing and growth into your life. I believe we are meant for relationships and that in them we find healing. I would welcome the opportunity to walk alongside you in this healing process.
I tailor my treatment based on the goals, values, and individual needs of the client but typically include family systems, cognitive behavioral, art therapy, and emotion focused approaches. I have specialized training in the integration of counseling and theology and can incorporate a spiritual perspective into treatment if that is desired.
I have specific training and interest in providing care for clients with relational concerns, couples and families, depression and anxiety, adolescents and young adults, and personal and spiritual development.
