Co-ed Counseling Group

This group provides a confidential place for men and women to openly express the struggles they are going through.  Topics might include struggles around anxiety, depression, and relational issues, their role within their family or the desire for personal growth. Whether group participation supplements individual therapy or not, group counseling can provide significant assistance in completing the healing process. 

The group meets weekly and regular attendance is helpful for group cohesiveness.  To join this group, contact the Palmetto Counseling office and set up a brief phone conversation with Dr. Shoultz regarding the “Co-ed Counseling Group”.
