About Me

My desire is to create a safe and peaceful environment in which you and I may work together to achieve your goals and create a healthy lifestyle. The therapeutic relationship is a journey and adventure that we take together, therefore I consider this process to be a partnership.

I believe that people are unique and complex beings which leads me to use a holistic approach in therapy. This approach promotes consideration of the whole person to include psychological, social, physical, and spiritual aspects of an individual.  I have also spent time living abroad and am passionate about learning through experiencing different cultures. These experiences have assisted me in developing a multicultural approach to therapy.

When not working, I enjoy spending time with my friends and family more than anything.  My husband and I love to travel, play chess, and try new recipes!  In my spare time, I enjoy practicing yoga, studying different languages, and listening to music.
