About Me
I use a Cognitive-Behavioral approach to understand and treat emotional and relational problems as well as mental disorders. Depending on your needs and motivation, I employ various forms of therapy. As a Christian, I view God as the ultimate source of healing and believe that He uses therapy along with your relationships and activities to bring about emotional and relational well-being and wholeness.
All my adult life has been spent involved in people’s lives, so outside of my office, you will find me enjoying many relationships with men whom I mentor. Much of my time is also devoted to my wife of 45 years, my 3 sons, and 9 grandchildren, along with some woodworking and fishing.
