About Me

I have always had a deep love for people and a fascination with the stories that shape us. My work is an extension of my faith and love for God, which fuels my passion for helping people with compassion and grace. I believe that healing begins the moment you feel truly seen and heard. That is why my primary goal is to create a safe environment where you can come exactly as you are.

My approach is rooted in building a caring and understanding relationship with you. In our sessions, you can be completely honest without fear of judgment. I strive to be a warm, grounded presence, helping you navigate the complexities of grief and relationships with empathy and practical tools.

Outside of work, I love spending time with my family and friends, powering through a workout at Orangetheory (I love the energy and the challenge!), and traveling to new places.

I know how much courage it takes to reach out for support. If you’re looking for a space where you can breathe, heal, and grow; I’m here to walk that path with you.
