About Me

Helping others progress towards holistic wellness is my passion. I believe that healing and growth happen when one feels seen, heard, and valued. This is the environment that I seek to create in my sessions. Through empathetic support and practical tools, I seek to collaboratively work together and walk alongside you to reach your goals; socially, emotionally, psychologically, spiritually, and physically.

My practice is grounded in my faith and relationship with God. My approach is person-centered, and treatment is adapted to best fit the client. I have received training in various treatment modalities including: EMDR, CBT, REBT and DBT skills. I am also a certified Prepare & Enrich facilitator or premarital or marriage therapy. My upbringing as a missionary’s kid in Bolivia, South America has also give me a unique perspective on cultural considerations and ministry.

In my free time I enjoy spending time with my baby daughter, and husband of 8 years. We enjoy making delicious foods, playing board games, soccer, and traveling; especially visiting family and friends. I also enjoy going on walks, doing art projects such a painting, woodburning, and crafts.
